The Tales of Beetle and Bard

On December 4, J.K. Rowling will release the book of fairy tales mentioned in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The book will include The Wizard and the Hopping Pot, The Fountain of Fair Fortune, The Warlockâs Hairy Heart, Babbitty, Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump, and The Tale of the Three Brothers. I can't wait to get it, but I won't stand in line at midnight.

Disney's Halloween Time

Disney Annouces 2009 Theme Park Slogan

Tired of "The Year of a Million Dreams"? Well Disney has finally announced that their 2009 slogan will be "What Will You Celebrate?" The celebration includes a new parade at Disneyland, and free park admission on your birthday! Although I will miss the free mouse hats and Dream Fastpasses. Last night my family and I went to see the musical Wicked. I would definitely recommend Wicked, even to someone who doesn't like musicals. I liked how everything was so Steam Punkish.

Today was my first day at High School. Yay? My new school is a magnet school for science and technology. I even think I saw a computer on the first day. But I'm sure there're hiding in one of the schools THREE computer labs. Can you believe that?!? They have three!!
